Sanki Technos develops a patented high-performance sludge collector and floating oil recovery device. It efficiently collects fine sludge from the liquid surface and achieves an oil-water separation rate of over 95%.
Sludge consists of various materials such as grinding and cutting metal powder, resin, and other industrial residues. Typically, sludge is denser than water and settles at the bottom. However, fine sludge, such as grinding powder and aluminum, can float on the liquid surface due to surface tension. The most troublesome sludge is fine sludge mixed with cutting fluid, which can return to the machine and reduce the cutting fluid discharge below standard levels. This increases processing heat, causing fine sludge to adhere to the workpiece and cutting tools, leading to rust issues. Many companies have found relief from these problems with our sludge collector. Some machining factories have spent millions in complaint handling due to sludge-related defects.
